Digital X-Rays
Digital X-Rays (up to 90% less radiation) - Dr. Marcus has digital X-ray equipment in his office, eliminating the need for patients to bite down on sharp swatches of film (while fighting the impulse to gag) then wait while films are developed. With the digital method, a small sensor is inserted inside your mouth and the images are instantly visible on a computer screen in the exam room. The digital images, which look similar to traditional X-rays, can then be enlarged and manipulated. This gives Dr. Marcus a better look to what's going on inside a patient's mouth.
Intra-Oral Imaging

We can show you first hand what the best options are for your dental needs. Dr. Marcus uses an intra-oral camera to detect problems not seen on digital x-rays or with the bare eye.

Our new 3D system gives our practice state-of-the-art technology to help Dr. Marcus diagnose potential issues more accurately. By using cone beam computerized tomography (CBCT), we can more accurately diagnose dental pathology. Additionally 3D Imaging provides unparalleled detail and precision when planning dental implant cases. Our 3D scanner allows us to choose the field of view, or scanning area, that best suits your specific treatment needs. This helps to limit your radiation exposure because we are focusing specifically on your area of concern.
