Dr. Mitch Marcus, D.M.D. received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 1997; one of the only eight Ivy League Schools in the country. Upon graduation, Dr. Mitch Marcus maintained the position of Clinical Associate within the Department of Restorative Dentistry. During his entire training, Dr. Marcus worked closely together with some of the world’s leading experts in the fields of cosmetic dentistry and oral implantology. Currently, Dr. Marcus maintains a private practice in Wellington, Florida. He is an active member at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic. To maintain his expertise in the most advanced procedures, Dr. Marcus completes hundreds of hours of continuing education at some of the country's most prestigious institutes of learning.
The Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic membership gives the progressive dental professional the opportunity to participate in accredited participation courses involving didactic and clinical classes. The Research Clinic facilities of the Dental Health Service Department at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, Florida are utilized for classroom and clinical education. The goals of the Research Clinic are to provide an opportunity for continuing education of dentists, hygienists and assistants. Also, to contribute to the clinical education of the Dental Assisting students enrolled at the college.
